About the Job

Apollo Industries is expanding and is seeking sports-minded, entry-level Marketing & Promotions Associates to support new client campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals with a competitive mindset who thrive in team environments and are eager to build a career in marketing, promotions, and brand development.

Marketing & Promotions Associates work locally and in surrounding areas, representing clients at retail and event-based locations. This position offers hands-on training, performance-based growth, and clear advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients at promotional events and retail locations
• Engage with customers to promote products, services, and brand messaging
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service while supporting sales initiatives
• Work collaboratively with a team to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing, communication, and leadership development

Entry-Level Qualifications

• Competitive, sports-minded, or team-oriented individuals encouraged to apply
• No prior marketing or sales experience required — paid training provided
• Backgrounds in athletics, fitness, coaching, retail, or hospitality are a plus
• Strong communication skills and a positive, goal-driven attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
