Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end creation and deployment of email campaigns across multiple brands
  • Coordinate day to day deliverables, liaising with key internal stakeholders and external agency partners (i.e. content calendars, trafficking creative, ensuring quality assurance, etc.)
  • Lead audience segmentation strategy to deliver highly targeted & personalized messages across channels to drive engagement and conversions
  • Assisting management of all Marketing Cloud activities (e.g., Journey Builder, email functionality, SMS, data feeds, data warehouse connections)
  • Collaborating in planning holistic email & SMS campaigns, partnering with Marketing Strategy teams to build out campaign strategy & recommendations to support ticket sales & ancillary marketing initiatives
  • Partner with Data & Analytics teams on insights and execution of technical projects relating to marketing initiatives including new initiatives focused on customer data analysis
  • Report on performance results and inform on best practices and learnings to key stakeholders
  • Maintain business and/or technical documentation around business processes and marketing campaigns
  • Research and recommend new innovations and testing opportunities to stay up to date on current trends

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing (e.g., email, SMS, mobile and web personalization), and working knowledge of email HTML and CSS required, SQL preferred
  • Knowledge of current marketing technologies utilized in supporting customer engagement & digital marketing operations (e.g. Marketing Automation, Personalization, Segmentation techniques)
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar ESP) incl: Automation Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Connect, and Personalization
  • Solid understanding of databases, data structure and requirements for marketing campaigns and data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Proficient in analytical thinking, utilizing data to drive informed decision-making, identify trends and optimize CRM strategies for enhanced outcomes
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and global compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive attention to detail, results-oriented problem solver and organizational skills
  • Must-have: demonstrated experience with Marketing Cloud or equivalent ESP
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable campaigns
