  • Coordinate planning through execution with sales, creative, legal, and ops partners, maintaining materials and tools for field readiness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support lead-generation campaigns that support growth objectives across digital, email, web, social, events, paid media, content, and other relevant channels.
  • Assist with reporting on campaign performance by monitoring engagement, lead volume, conversion, pipeline contribution, budget, and other agreed-upon metrics; identify insights and recommend improvements.
  • Write communication briefs, support audience strategy presentations, activation plans, and measurement approaches in partnership with business, sales, distribution, creative, digital, marketing operations, and compliance partners.
  • Assist in coordinating campaign execution from planning through launch, including project intake, content development, stakeholder reviews, approvals, deployment, quality assurance, and post-campaign optimization.
  • Support communication efforts with sales partners by developing and maintaining sales tools, presentations, campaign materials, talking points, email templates, digital content, product communications, and other resources.
  • Document marketing processes, roles, handoffs, decision points, intake requirements, timelines, and measures of success in clear, accessible language.
  • Maintain marketing materials and digital content to ensure accuracy, consistency, relevance, accessibility, and compliance.
  • Build collaborative relationships across Nationwide including Group Benefits Marketing, Marketing Operations, Enterprise Brand Strategy & Activation, Sales, Distribution, Product, Legal, Compliance, and other enterprise partners.

Requirements

  • FINRA Series 6 license required within 120 days of hire.
  • Typically five or more years demonstrated professional experience in marketing, strategy, consulting, financial services, or related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred.
  • License/Certification/Designation: Additional licensing may be required to hold this position; associates will need to acquire the required federal and/or state licenses/registrations within the designated time period.
  • Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Proven marketing development and project management experience. Passionate about marketing and delivering positive customer experiences. Ability to lead multiple projects and drive forward key deliverables. Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies. Ability to use analytics to draw conclusions and make recommendations. Excellent communicator, highly organized, and able to build effective partnerships across functions.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred.
  • Technical insurance designations such as CPCU, CLU, ChFC, FLMI considered a plus.
