Responsibilities

• This role is part of the Product & Solutions Marketing team within Client's Workplace Technology Group (WTG), which spans Collaboration, Networking, and other Client's business areas.
• Reporting to the Senior Director of Solutions, you will support the execution of the "solution-level" marketing strategy for the Workplace Technology portfolio.
• You will play a hands-on role in developing and scaling the content that communicates Client's vision to modernize how and where people work in the era of AI.
• You will work closely with solutions marketers, product marketing managers, customer advocacy, sales, and engineering teams to translate innovation into compelling, market-ready stories.
• This is an execution-focused role that blends content creation, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
• You will help ensure Client's modernized workplace capabilities are clearly represented across web, events, and campaigns, and customer-facing channels.

Requirements

• Minimum years of experience: 5-7 years
• Education: Bachelor’s / Masters
• Experienced in Solutions or Product Marketing (5-7 years) in enterprise IT or B2B tech.
• A strong storyteller capable of translating technical concepts—specifically AI, AgenticOps, networking, and collaboration—into clear, compelling content.
• Skilled in interviewing stakeholders, including customers, engineers, and field teams, and turning those insights into reusable stories.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by creating content that drives impact across the business.
• Motivated by hands-on execution, creative problem-solving, and building narratives that support Client's market leadership.
