Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive demand generation through the development and execution of solutions-focused marketing programs and events, owning all aspects of campaign execution including sponsorship activation, event production, content, and budget management.
  • Lead end-to-end event logistics including AV production, vendor management, invitations, catering, transportation, speaker coordination, signage/shipping, and onsite execution across pre, during, and post-event phases.
  • Project-manage integrated campaign and event delivery by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and agencies to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Security, Agentic Workplace Transformation, Global Campaigns, Sales/GTM, Partner Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams to align programs to solution and pipeline goals across US and Canada.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the results and impact of marketing activities — including leads, pipeline contribution, and marketing-influenced revenue — translating insights into ROI readouts and program-mix optimization recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise marketing experience, including event and agency management.
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with expertise in security, workplace productivity, or AI solutions.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience working alongside enterprise sales organizations.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, operations, and sales teams.
  • Excellent project management skills with high attention to detail; demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and motivate cross-functional contributors.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • US-based with willingness and ability to travel frequently across the US and Canada (up to 4x per month).

Preferred

  • Strong writing and content development expertise.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud solutions, including Security, Gemini Enterprise, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in a matrixed or global marketing organization.
  • Knowledge of demand generation and marketing attribution models.
