- Partner with new business or internal project teams to understand client requirements, business objectives and technical constraints
- Lead the technical solution design for our Adobe projects: define architecture, choose appropriate technologies, develop the solution specification/blueprint, integration points, performance/security/non-functional requirements
- Act as our internal and client technology partner for our Adobe solutions, using your deep technical knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud platform as a basis to translating technical detail into business-friendly language and vice-versa
- Produce documentation (solution architecture diagrams, data/analytics flows, integration flows, build specifications) and present it to stakeholders (internal teams and clients)
- Transition to technical delivery oversight: act as the technical lead during the build phase. Run regular architecture and delivery check-ins, respond to engineering team questions, enforce architecture and quality standards, monitor progress and alignment with project specifications

- Escalate and mitigate technical/architectural/delivery risks and issues (e.g., technical debt, scope creep, build deviations, resource constraints)
- Work with PM(s) and engineering leads to ensure dependencies, schedule, resourcing, and deliverables are aligned with the architecture and client commitments
- Continuously ensure that the delivered solution meets functional and non-functional requirements, meets code/architecture standards, and aligns with the client’s long-term digital experience roadmap
- Post-delivery: work with the delivery team to conduct architecture/delivery retrospectives, capture lessons learned, feed into future solution frameworks and POP best practices
- 5-8+ years of experience in digital/agency or technology services environment building Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, digital experiences, campaigns or platforms
- Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end Adobe technical solutions, from architecture through to delivery with oversight responsibilities, specifically with AEM Sites, AEM Forms, Assets and Adobe Target
- Deep understanding of modern web/digital experience tech stacks (front-end frameworks, headless CMS, APIs, microservices, cloud services, analytics/data flows, performance/security considerations) and how those integrate and are used in Adobe-based solutions
- Hands-on experience with engineering teams: you’ve been responsible not only for specifications but for ensuring the build lives up to the architecture; you’ve done check-ins, reviews, guided engineering teams, managed risk/delivery issues
- Strong project/delivery skills: you understand scheduling, review-gates, dependencies, stakeholder management, and you can partner with PMs and developers to keep projects on track
- Excellent communication skills: you can convey architectural concepts to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders, facilitate architecture/delivery review meetings, and represent the technical voice in client/agency discussions
- Ability to balance high-level architectural thinking with the pragmatic demands of agency delivery (speed to market, iteration, campaign constraints, budget/resources)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency environment with multiple concurrent engagements, shifting priorities, and dynamic teams
- Ability to travel up to 10% for client engagements as needed
