Responsibilities
- Oversee social work services across multiple inpatient specialties.
- Hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans.
- May participate in departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets and monitor adherence to goals.
- Assists with operations of unit services and integration with other departments.
- Hires, manages, and evaluates staff and services to build an effective work unit.
Requirements
- Master's Degree - Social Work
- 2-5 years Licenses & Certifications
- Lic Clinical Social Worker
- 2-5 years Licenses & Certifications
