Own the social content engine for a fitness franchise, connecting calendar planning, audience engagement, and member conversion in a hands-on, writer- and creator-led role.

Content Engine: Plan a 30-day calendar and produce captions and Canva assets that fit the brand.
Social Engagement: Post across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok and manage comments and messages to move prospects and members forward.
Growth & Onboarding: Support lead gen, landing pages, onboarding, and hitting membership sales goals via outbound outreach and client care.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Plan, create, and manage a 30-day content calendar - Post consistently on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok - Write captions and create content that aligns with the team’s brand voice - Edit and produce video content using tools like CapCut (or similar) - Film content with the team - Stay up to date with current trends, topics, and platform changes - Assist with Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns - Create Content with Canva - Manage comments, messages, and engagement across platforms (including liking, commenting, and messaging potential clients and followers) - Leading generation support and landing page creation - Helping us CRUSH membership sales goals - Welcoming and onboarding new members - Connecting with potential members by phone, text, email, and event - Delivering world-class customer service to our community Requirements - CapCut (or similar) video editing tool - Canva for content creation - Experience managing content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and engaging with audiences Nice to have - Outgoing, self-motivated, loves fitness - Talks to anyone - enjoys being creative while staying organized Benefits - Competitive salary - Employee discounts - Flexible schedule - Free uniforms - Opportunity for advancement - Wellness resources - Base pay + commissions - Free membership - Product discounts
