Responsibilities

• Win the Room: Shine in client presentations and in new business pitches, bringing innovative, socially-native strategies that wow both current and prospective clients and prove we are living in the future.
• Redefine Measurement: Move our agency and clients past outdated vanity metrics. Architect measurement frameworks focused on attention, business impact, cultural resonance, and actual ROI.
• Architect Dynamic Ecosystems: Move beyond rigid monthly guides. Design fluid, responsive social systems that dictate how, where, and when we engage with communities across TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Discord, and wherever culture goes next.
• Champion Modern Creation: Work lockstep with creative, media, and account teams to ideate social-first campaigns. You understand that today, strategy and creative are completely intertwined.
• Harness New Tech: Experiment with and integrate AI tools into our social listening, ideation, and reporting workflows to make our team faster and our insights sharper.

Requirements

• Can capture an audience, with insight, storytelling and a dash of showbiz: You come to collaborate, guide, co-create and lead, all with an eye on inspiring relationships with clients, prospective clients and colleagues that never get old.
• Algorithmic and Platform Fluency: You understand the major platforms inside and out—not just how to post, but how their algorithms actually serve content to audiences.
• Data Storytelling: You can synthesize complex social data, social listening tools, and cultural signals into actionable insights that tell a compelling story to the C-suite.
• Believes in “We” before “I”: You are a collaborator who elevates everyone in the room.
• Thinks fast on feet (and typing fingers): You can navigate the speed of internet culture without breaking a sweat.
• Endurance, resilience, and unstoppable optimism: The internet is chaotic; you bring the calm and the vision.

Preferred

• Prior senior agency experience: You know how the machine works and how to break the rules effectively.
• Creator economy expertise: A deep understanding of how to build strategies that integrate influencers and creators natively.
• Advanced paid social strategy: You know how organic and paid synergize, and you can speak fluently with performance media teams.
• AI proficiency: Experience using large language models or AI tools to assist in trend forecasting, strategy development, or analytics.
