Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates closely with the Creative Team to craft exceptional social media strategies and content tailored to each brand's unique voice and positioning
  • Drives community engagement across social platforms, proactively identifying opportunities for real-time interaction and keeping abreast of evolving social media trends and consumer behaviors
  • Oversees daily social media operations for the team, ensuring seamless execution of strategies
  • Manages the content calendar and oversees all aspects of social media content creation, from ideation to implementation
  • Spearheads social-first campaigns, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations to amplify brand presence on social media channels
  • Utilizes social media analytics tools for deep insights and proposes content strategies aligned with brand objectives
  • Collaborates closely with the Public Relations Team to integrate influencer marketing seamlessly into overall social media initiatives
  • Conducts in-depth performance analysis and delivers comprehensive reports
  • Researches and continuously monitors emerging social media trends to ensure staying ahead of the curve
  • Produces store-related social media content when needed, from copy to image

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture preferred
