- Responsibilities: The Manager, Social Media & Search Technology is responsible for supporting the organization's global digital engagement initiatives by managing social media and search technology platforms, vendor relationships, marketing technology operations, and compliance activities.
- The role collaborates with marketing, technology, legal, procurement, privacy, and information security teams to ensure efficient platform management, governance, and successful execution of social media and search initiatives.
- Agency experience supporting multiple clients, brands, or stakeholders.
- Experience managing technology vendors and SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of paid and organic social media marketing.
- Experience with search marketing platforms and technologies.
- Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Work onsite in Indianapolis 2–3 days per week.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and marketing technology environments is preferred.
- Hybrid work schedule.
