Responsibilities

• Film short-form content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other platforms
• Edit videos using CapCut, InShot, or similar software
• Add text overlays, hooks, captions, trending formats, and audio
• Help develop high-performing hooks and viral-style content concepts
• Turn existing video content into high-quality still images and carousel content
• Create clean, aesthetic carousel slides and product-focused graphics
• Organize, batch, and maintain an efficient content pipeline
• Upload, schedule, and publish content across social platforms
• Monitor and engage with social content after posting
• Assist with Amazon Storefront linking and monetization workflows

Requirements

• Content creation and video-editing experience is required.
• The ideal candidate:
• Has a strong understanding of Instagram Reels and Facebook content
• Understands viral hooks, trends, pacing, and short-form storytelling
• Can turn raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping content
• Has a good eye for clean, aesthetically consistent visuals
• Is comfortable filming in a home, farm, family, and lifestyle environment
• Is organized, proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
• Can work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail
• Is comfortable managing multiple pieces of content and deadlines at once

Preferred

• ManyChat / LinkDM experience
• Canva or other graphic-design experience
• Previous work with influencers, creators, or lifestyle brands
• Amazon Storefront or affiliate-marketing experience
• Understanding of SEO-focused captions and social engagement tactics
• Experience analyzing content performance and using those insights to improve future posts
