Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others
Create and publish high-quality content including photos, videos, reels, and stories
Capture in-clinic content (treatments, client testimonials, before-and-after results, team culture)
Manage daily posting, engagement, comments, and direct messages
Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement
Collaborate with clinic staff to highlight services, promotions, and events
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly
Assist in running paid social media campaigns and promotions
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements

Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Experience with photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
