Responsibilities

• Analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and marketing online analytics to refine strategies for better results.
• Engage with followers through social media communication, respond promptly to inquiries, and foster positive relationships with the community.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, media editing tools, graphic design techniques using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), and video editing software to keep content fresh and innovative.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management across diverse platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Strong proficiency in content creation including graphic design (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator), video editing, photography, and media editing tools.
• Expertise in digital marketing performance monitoring using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and social media analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices along with keyword research techniques to boost content visibility organically.
• Ability to craft compelling content writing that aligns with brand voice and engages target audiences effectively.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms for targeted outreach.
• Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for real-time audience insights.
• Excellent relationship management skills for engaging stakeholders internally and externally through social media communication channels.
