Social Media and Marketing Manager ( Korea-Speaking preferred.)

Responsibilities

• Develop creative social media content and marketing ideas to promote our practice.
• Create, film, edit, and post engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social media content.
• Help establish a consistent and recognizable brand identity.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for our aesthetic treatments and services.
• Identify social media trends and opportunities to attract new clients.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments, treatments, and everyday clinic activities.
• Collaborate with our team to brainstorm fresh marketing ideas.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Monitor social media engagement and suggest ways to improve our reach and attract potential clients.

Requirements

• Creative, energetic, and proactive.
• Experienced with Instagram Reels, Stories, and social media marketing.
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form videos.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Organized, reliable, and able to complete projects efficiently.
• Interested in skincare, beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics.

Preferred

• Previous experience in medical spas, aesthetics, skincare, or beauty marketing.
• Ability to speak Korean or Mandarin Chinese, as we serve a diverse patient community.
• Experience growing social media accounts for local businesses.
