Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our team to develop and execute social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• With our team, develop and expand the vision for creative, holistic, clinically excellent care in the state of Arizona.
• Design visually appealing graphics, reels, and stories that align with our brand and values.
• Assist in creating monthly content calendars.
• Research mental health trends and craft captions that are educational, empathetic, and engaging.
• Track engagement and analytics to help guide future content strategy
• Support occasional email marketing, blog post writing, or campaign work.
• Outreach to organizations locally to secure opportunities for The Rosemary Tree to collaborate, speak and expand our vision.
• Join bi monthly marketing meeting (virtual).
• Attending in person team meeting Thursdays at 11am at the main office.

Requirements

• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, and Google Ads (preferred, but not required).
• A self-starter with strong curiosity and motivation to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both content creation and team collaboration.
• Passion for marketing and openness to experimenting with new tools, platforms, and strategies.
