Responsibilities

• Create and manage a monthly social media content calendar.
• Plan, film, edit, and schedule engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, new menu launches, and special events.
• Assist in developing and enhancing our customer rewards program for integration into our upcoming customer web app.
• Brainstorm creative marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal content.
• Monitor social media trends and provide content performance insights.
• Collaborate with the owner on branding, marketing, and business growth initiatives.
• Assist with community engagement and help grow Sweet Drip Cafe’s online presence

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an upper-level undergraduate (sophomore or above) or graduate student in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Must be available to work some weekdays, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills.
• Comfortable creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior food & beverage or customer service experience is a plus.
• Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience: Food industry: 1 year (Required)
• Ability to Commute: Orlando, FL 32821 (Required)
