Responsibilities

• Capture and edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) of our production, warehouse, team, and behind-the-scenes operations
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn that positions Absolute Merch as the leader in music merchandise
• Draft captions and copy in the Absolute Merch voice: confident, sharp, and industry-fluent
• Produce photo assets of our facilities, process, and team
• Pull a simple weekly performance snapshot and flag what's working
• Bring trend, audio, and format ideas from music and fashion culture to each session

Requirements

• A strong feel for short-form video and platform-native content (show us, don't tell us)
• Working knowledge of CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom, Canva, or similar tools
• Sharp writing, with an understanding that a company brand speaks differently than a personal one
• A real interest in music, artist culture, streetwear, or merch
• Self-directed and efficient, able to walk in and make the most of a 3-hour session
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field (preferred, not required)

Preferred

• A portfolio of content you've created or accounts you've grown
• Experience creating content for a business or brand on LinkedIn
• Photography skills
