Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Create and distribute a monthly newsletter and blogs. Vlogs, etc.
- Coordinate and assist with on-location video shoots and photo content
- Represent ADS at trade shows and industry events, capturing real-time content and engaging with attendees
- Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and support community engagement
- Track performance metrics and report on campaign results
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align messaging
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social tools
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Comfort with basic video/photo editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop, Elementor, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Willingness and ability to travel periodically for events and shoots (approx. 10–20%, may include some overnight travel)
- Must be based in or near the Cleveland, OH area
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
