Job Summary

Own the social content flow for a professional services audience, turning consulting conversations into publishable LinkedIn and cross-channel posts while building a calendar, outreach, and engagement feedback loop.

  • Content Engine: Translate ideas into clear content and maintain a forward-looking calendar aligned to firm and client initiatives.
  • Social & Community: Write posts, monitor engagement, surface follow-ups, and identify key professional communities for visibility.
  • Publishing & Process: Organize drafts and archives, promote announcements, and establish scalable content standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn and selectively on Instagram, Facebook, and X
  • Translate consulting ideas, conversations, and rough notes into clear, readable public-facing content
  • Maintain and manage a forward-looking content calendar tied to firm and client initiatives and announcements
  • Draft outreach messages and professional correspondence consistent with the firm’s tone and positioning
  • Research and identify relevant professional communities, publications, and industry conversations where the firm should be visible
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement and surface items that require response or follow-up
  • Propose post ideas based on current business trends, market news, or client-relevant topics
  • Track engagement performance and summarize what is working, what is not, and why
  • Repurpose longer ideas into concise posts and short-form takeaways
  • Assist in preparing and promoting content around firm and client announcements, initiatives, and external activities

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field. We will also consider candidates not currently pursuing a degree who can demonstrate a strong history of content creation and a portfolio of high-performing work
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Intellectually curious with a desire to grow and learn
  • Interest in brand strategy, executive communications, or B2B marketing

Preferred

  • Bonus: Experience creating and editing short-form video content (such as LinkedIn videos, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts).
  • Bonus: Demonstrated social media or digital content experience.
