Responsibilities

• Execute and manage social media content for assigned brand accounts
• Coordinate content planning, filming schedules, and campaign timelines
• Edit and oversee short form video and visual assets for social platforms
• Manage posting, scheduling, and day to day account operations
• Engage with online audiences to maintain brand voice and community growth
• Collaborate with internal teams on monthly campaigns and themed initiatives
• Support brand activations, retail events, and pop up marketing efforts
• Additional Experience Opportunities: - Participation in retail events, pop up activations, and experiential marketing projects - On camera participation for content creation is recommended but not required - Occasional domestic and international travel opportunities, offered based on performance and project needs - Professional networking with brand partners, creators, and industry professionals

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital branding
• Experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations
• Familiarity with current social media trends, short form content, and engagement strategies
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, collaborative environment
• Professional reliability, initiative, and accountability

Preferred

• Experience with video editing, creative software, analytics tools, or marketing platforms is preferred but not required.
• Candidates with a strong interest in Korean culture, Korean food, Korean beauty, Korean entertainment, and Korean media trends, as well as those who enjoy working with diverse brands, are likely to find this role especially engaging.
