Responsibilities

• Manage and regularly update our Facebook and other social media pages
• Create engaging posts, photos, videos, and promotional content
• Develop content that highlights new merchandise, sales, and store events
• Help plan and execute weekly marketing campaigns and promotions
• Take quality photos and videos of products throughout the store
• Create simple graphics and marketing materials
• Monitor engagement and help identify what types of content perform best
• Respond to customer comments and messages professionally
• Help manage Facebook pre-claims and online sales
• Assist in-store on Saturdays and capture content during shopping hours

Requirements

• Creative and naturally comfortable with social media
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and short-form video content
• Comfortable taking photos and videos and creating simple graphics
• Quick and confident using an iPhone and computer
• Able to come up with marketing ideas rather than simply being told what to post
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Comfortable interacting with customers both online and in person

Preferred

• Marketing, social media, content creation, or retail experience is preferred.
