Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and graphic posts that highlight our nonprofit programs and impact.
- Donation & Awareness Campaigns: Execute social campaigns focused on spreading brand awareness, youth empowerment, and fundraising.
- Community Management: Engage daily with our audience, respond to comments/DMs, and foster an active community of supporters.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track view counts, engagement, and link clicks to learn what content drives the best results for our organization.
Requirements
- U.S. Student Status: Must currently be enrolled as a high school, college, or university student residing in the United States.
- Proven Knowledge: We don’t require a set number of years of experience, but you must know how current algorithms, video editing trends, and digital strategies work.
- Portfolio Required: You must provide a portfolio, drive link, or case studies showing examples of your creative work, video editing, or account growth.
- Tools Proficiency: Skilled with video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere) and graphic design platforms (Canva, Photoshop).
Preferred
- Strong Personal Brand: If you already maintain an active personal following or strong presence on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, that is a huge plus. Make sure to share your handles!
