Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead all copywriting across client social media channels.
Oversee day-to-day management of social publishing and editorial calendars to ensure successful program development and execution across various social channels.
Stay current on social platform updates impacting copywriting, community management and social media strategy.
Manage day-to-day tactical initiatives and postings across client channels.
Develop a deep comprehension of client social initiatives to inform voice, tone and cultural relevance of copywriting to add value.
Continually survey the social landscape to maintain best practices and make strategic recommendations to clients and internal teammates.

Requirements

5-7 years of social media management experience.
Detail oriented, with ability to manage scheduling and proofreading social media posts across multiple platforms.
Must be able to travel to VALORANT Esports events 3-4 times a year for the event’s full duration.
Must possess skill for creative, platform-specific copywriting.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as people skills.
Strong grasp on the social and digital ecosystem and how brands should participate in an authentic way.
Passionate for building communities with an authentic lens.
Strong passion for culture, entertainment and advertising.
