Responsibilities
- Lead community management across the brand's social media channels.
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Build an engaged online community and drive follower growth.
- Use social channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and commerce through TikTok Shop.
- Develop and execute growth initiatives, including giveaways, challenges, and series-based content.
- Plan and implement tag-and-follow campaigns.
- Build partnerships and brand collaborations to support social media growth.
- Participate in emerging trends and create timely, reactive content.
- Monitor social media trends and platform developments across Meta and TikTok.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media, community management, and content roles.
- Experience in the wellness, beauty, or CPG industries.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok content, trends, and platform ecosystems.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Highly organized and proactive, with a customer-first mindset.
