Responsibilities

• You\'ll learn how to identify the right businesses for Social Swells, build real relationships, and bring them on as clients. Once you do, you\'ll manage those clients directly: building their strategy, driving content direction, attending productions, and delivering work that reflects the standard we hold ourselves to.
• This internship is built around one role: Growth Social Media Manager.
• There\'s no busy work, no coffee runs, no sitting in the corner on your laptop. You\'ll be doing real, client-facing work from the start.

Requirements

• We\'re looking for juniors, seniors, or recent grads studying social media marketing or digital marketing.
• You need to be local, self-motivated, and genuinely interested in building something, not just adding a line to your resume.
• Location: Hybrid — Red Bank, NJ. Local candidates only.
• Hours: Part-time, up to 20 hrs/week
