Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage clients directly: building their strategy, driving content direction, attending productions, and delivering work that reflects the standard we hold ourselves to
- Identify the right businesses for Social Swells, build real relationships, and bring them on as clients
- Learn our sales process, our systems, and exactly how we operate
- Do real, client-facing work from the start
Requirements
- Juniors, seniors, or recent grads studying social media marketing or digital marketing
- You need to be local
- Self-motivated
- Genuinely interested in building something, not just adding a line to your resume
- Locations: Red Bank, NJ (local candidates only)
- Hours: Part-time, up to 20 hrs/week
- Dates: June 1 – August 28, 2026
