Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Develop and deliver our social media strategy using our existing brand guidelines.
• Maintain a content calendar, always planning at least two weeks ahead.
• Liaise with our labour teams to organise content around upcoming jobs, ongoing projects and completed work.
• Work alongside our videographer to produce content for daily posting and paid advertising.
• Plan, produce and manage paid Meta campaigns, monitoring results and making improvements to performance.
• Track content reach, engagement and audience growth.
• Maintain our lead generation and customer review platforms, keeping profiles current and monitoring enquiries and feedback.
• Support customer administration, including preparing handover packs and answering calls.
• Prepare a monthly report for the Head of Marketing covering content, reach, audience growth, reviews, paid campaigns and overall performance.

Requirements

• A strong track record of managing social media accounts and delivering measurable results.
• Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and hands-on experience running paid campaigns.
• An understanding of what makes effective content across each platform.
• Confidence in front of the camera and a willingness to feature in our content.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead and coordinate with different teams.
• A self-motivated approach, with the initiative to bring ideas forward and follow them through.
• Clear communication skills and a professional manner when dealing with customers.
• A full UK driving licence.
