Responsibilities

• Manage our social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for Fresh Roasted Coffee and other family of brands.
• Develop and maintain a creative social media content calendar
• Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos, videos, and other social content
• Write captions, scripts, and social copy that fits our brand voice
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, hashtags, platform changes, and emerging content formats
• Capture content throughout our coffee and tea manufacturing facility
• Help showcase our products, people, culture, behind-the-scenes operations, and brand story
• Appear on camera and become a recognizable personality for the brand when appropriate
• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
• Manage influencer and creator partnerships

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Social Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a company, brand, agency, or organization
• Experience creating short-form video content
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Photography and video skills
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe, Canva, or similar
• A strong understanding of current social media trends
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred

• Influencer or creator marketing experience
• Experience growing a brand's social media following
• Experience appearing on camera
• Experience with Meta Business Suite or TikTok tools
• Experience in food, beverage, consumer products, e-commerce, or manufacturing
• A great sense of humor and a personality that comes through on camera
