Job Summary

Own the short-form creator program from script to publish and on-camera execution, driving a consistent presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Own the end-to-end content workflow and audience engagement for SocialGPT with platform-specific scripting and publishing.
Build and edit premium videos using CapCut and AI tools, while acting as on-camera talent for 10+ videos per week.
Run competitive research and translate insights into content decisions, leveraging SocialGPT for faster evidence-based experimentation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own SocialGPT's short-form presence end to end: scripting, filming, editing, and publishing
Script, film, and publish short-form content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
Be the on-camera talent for 10+ short-form videos a week
Edit in consistent, premium formats using CapCut, Edits, and AI tools
Run competitive research on products and marketing strategies (and use SocialGPT to do it!)
Manage comments, DMs, and the broader community

Requirements

Existing content creator with 5K+ followers and 500K+ total views
Comfortable and confident on camera
Experience editing
Strong analytical skills
Strong writing and communication (posts, scripts, blogs, emails)
Eager to learn, happy wearing a lot of hats, and not afraid to figure things out

Preferred

Experience with analytics or content-intelligence tools (Google Analytics, or tools like SocialGPT itself)
A point of view on the AI / creator-economy space and where short-form is heading
Experience using MCPs on Claude or ChatGPT
