Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Oasis’ social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and any others.
• Create and curate content that resonates with our audience, including smoothie steps, nutrition tips, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and friendly manner.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to stay ahead of the curve with new content ideas, challenges, or collaborations.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance to ensure campaigns are meeting goals and KPIs.
• Ensure social media aligns with promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Build and foster relationships with influencers, fitness trainers, and nutritionists to promote Oasis products.
• Maintain a social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Help build and nurture an engaged community of loyal Oasis customers and advocates.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices, especially in the health and wellness space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong creative skills in content creation (photography, copywriting, video editing).
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Passion for health, wellness, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience running social media ads (Instagram/Facebook Ads).
• Graphic design or video editing experience a plus.
• Knowledge of the health & wellness industry, fitness trends, or smoothie/juice bar culture.
