Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a structured social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, launches, events, and trade initiatives.
  • Propose and execute original campaign ideas that elevate brand presence and engagement.
  • Ensure all social activity supports brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Create and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging platforms as relevant (using tools like Later or Notion for planning)
  • Produce assets including static posts, short-form video, reels, carousels, captions, and stories.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to maintain brand consistency and visual excellence.
  • Execute the brand vision with strong attention to detail, tone, and aesthetics.
  • Identify, outreach, and manage influencer relationships (using tools like Aspire or DashSocial)
  • Coordinate product sampling and track deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ROI of influencer partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of social media management experience; preferably in home, lifestyle, fashion or luxury space
  • Proven ability to manage social strategy end-to-end; familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools (Notion, Later, Aspire, G4A, Semrush etc or similar tools)
  • Strong content creation skills (copywriting + visual sensibility + video editing) using AI tools
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns and product sampling
  • Demonstrated experience tracking performance metrics and campaign ROI
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of paid social amplification strategies
