Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Honeyquoye’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and manage engaging social media content, including posts, Reels, Stories, short-form videos, graphics, and campaigns.
• Develop monthly content calendars and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, hashtags, and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities.
• Grow Honeyquoye’s audience and increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
• Manage the brand’s social media community by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with photography, design, marketing, and other creative partners to produce high-quality content.
• Develop influencer and creator partnerships that align with the Honeyquoye brand.
• Track and analyze social media performance and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay current with social media algorithms, platform updates, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional social media management experience.
• Strong experience managing Instagram and TikTok; experience with Facebook and Pinterest is a plus.
• Florida-based candidates required.

Preferred

• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Experience working with influencers, creators, or brand partnerships is a plus.
• A strong eye for branding, aesthetics, and compelling content.
