Responsibilities

• Join a weekly team meeting for content planning and scripting
• Join a tour once a week to capture footage
• Write scripts and content concepts for short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long-form YouTube content
• Edit raw footage into polished, on-brand videos — 7 Reels per week and 1 long-form YouTube video per week
• Manage day-to-day posting and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with our brand and seasonal business needs
• Monitor trends, analytics, and platform best practices to keep our content fresh and effective
• Collaborate with ownership on brand voice, campaigns, and content strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience writing and editing social media content (portfolio or reel required)
• Strong scriptwriting/copywriting skills for short-form and long-form video
• Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
• Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts best practices
• A good eye for storytelling, pacing, and structuring content for engagement
• Able to consistently hit a high-volume publishing schedule without sacrificing quality
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: experience with photography, graphic design, or paid social ads
