Responsibilities

• Own the operating system behind our content: calendar, scheduling, traffic-control across editors, copywriter, designer, and founder
• Propose positioning, content angles, post ideas, and how the page should look
• Run the calendar with discipline
• Lead creatives; give clear feedback on what\'s working and what isn\'t
• Ship on time, every time
• Push back on weak work without breaking the relationship
• Track every piece in the pipeline, every deadline, every metric
• Take ownership of outcomes

Requirements

• 2+ years running content operations
• Fluency in Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar
• Full-time, self-dependent, takes ownership of outcomes
• Structured and organized — you run the calendar with discipline
• Creative mind — you generate post ideas, positioning angles, and content directions
• Leadership — you hold creatives accountable and give clear feedback
• Operational discipline — you ship on time, every time
• Spine — you push back on weak work without breaking the relationship
• Constant tracking — every piece in the pipeline, every deadline, every metric
• Problem-solver — you see what needs fixing and you fix it without being asked
