Job Description

Responsibilities

Creating and publishing content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp
Designing engaging graphics, posts, stories, reels and short form video content
Managing client content calendars and scheduling posts through Meta Business Suite
Visiting client businesses to carry out professional photoshoots and capture social media content
Taking high quality photographs and filming videos for marketing campaigns
Editing images and videos using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Speaking with clients regularly to gather content, discuss ideas and provide updates
Writing and proofreading captions and marketing content to ensure accuracy and consistency
Responding to comments, messages and reviews using the appropriate brand tone
Monitoring basic analytics and identifying opportunities to improve performance

Requirements

Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation is preferred
Experience in a fast paced working environment with the ability to prioritise workloads
Excellent written English, grammar and attention to detail
Minimum GCSE English Grade 4 (C) or above
A creative eye with the ability to produce engaging content
Confidence speaking with clients both over the phone and face to face
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong experience using Canva
Experience using Adobe Photoshop is essential
A basic knowledge that Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro would be highly advantageous
