Responsibilities

• Create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using AI-assisted workflows. Develop and operate high-velocity content systems leveraging tools such as LLMs, video generation, and editing platforms.
• Manage publishing cadence and continuously test content variations to improve performance.
• Monitor and engage with communities through comments, DMs, and creator interaction.
• Identify emerging platform trends and rapidly translate them into testable content formats.
• Ensure consistency between organic storytelling and campaign narratives.
• Build and operate automated pipelines for sourcing, evaluating, and prioritizing creators.
• Leverage AI tools to personalize outreach and improve response and conversion rates.
• Directly manage creator collaborations and activations with a test-and-learn approach.
• Continuously identify high-potential creators across relevant categories.
• Develop repeatable systems to scale creator partnerships efficiently.

Requirements

• Based in the United States with strong familiarity with US creator culture and platform trends.
• Experience managing social media channels for consumer brands.
• Experience developing creator partnerships or influencer programs.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube ecosystems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify opportunities proactively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred

• Experience supporting UGC production for paid media is highly preferred.
• Background in consumer brands, wellness, lifestyle, beauty, or CPG is a plus.
• Experience working with agencies or creator networks is preferred.
• Experience working with AI-supported workflows or creator sourcing tools is a plus.
