About the Role

Disruptive Brands is a fast-growing portfolio of health, fitness, and wellness brands including Raw Nutrition, Revive MD, BUM Energy, Onside, and more. We're building category-defining brands and moving fast.

We're looking for a sharp, proactive Assistant to support our founder directly. This is a high-trust, high-impact role. You'll be in the middle of everything; managing priorities, coordinating across brands, and making sure nothing slips. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and take ownership without being asked twice, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Manage the founder's calendar, inbox, travel, and daily priorities with precision

• Coordinate across internal teams, brand partners, vendors, and external stakeholders

• Book and organize domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transport, itineraries)

• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up notes

• Handle personal and business logistics, errands, and ad hoc projects

• Track action items and hold people accountable to deadlines

• Anticipate needs before they become asks

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in an operations or support role

• Exceptional organizational skills; nothing falls through the cracks

• Strong written and verbal communication; you represent the founder professionally

• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid context-switching

• Willing to travel when the business requires it (events, brand activations, partner meetings)

• Discretion with sensitive business and personal information

• Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern productivity tools

Logistics

• Full-time | Hybrid (in-person required several days per week)

• Compensation $48k-$85k/year with room for growth.

• Start date: ASAP
