Responsibilities

• Grow our brand and social presence across Instagram and other platforms as needed
• Focus on pushing IG shorts
• Reposting existing content (reels, posts, etc)
• Be on top of all social media trends as they keep evolving
• Work with the Founder of Mastermind on a content calendar aligned with brand voice and goals
• Assist with marketing tactics/campaigns to grow our email list
• Plan LinkedIn launch and manage that platform’s messaging
• Track performance and adjust strategy based on what's working
• Other Administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts and growing an audience
• Strong short-form video content skills (filming, editing, trend awareness)
• Experience with Instagram and LinkedIn required; Facebook, TikTok and YouTube as well but secondary
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to ever changing needs from Mastermind’s Founder
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable - open to feedback
• Able to take initiative and anticipate next steps that may be asked of you
• Experience with Canva
• Basic technical/web content skills (editing on Wix)
• Experience with managing content on Mastermind’s internal storage systems (DropBox, Google Drive, other as needed)

Preferred

• CMS experience and/or growing an email list
• Experience working with early-stage or founder-led brands
• Basic astrology knowledge is a nice to have
