Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms including: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn (as applicable)
Brainstorm creative content ideas based on current social media trends and audience interests.
Capture high-quality photos and videos in manufacturing and industrial environments.
Edit short-form and long-form video content optimized for multiple social media platforms.
Design visually appealing graphics, promotional materials, and digital assets.
Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
Monitor social media performance and analyze engagement metrics.
Build and engage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions.
Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
Proficiency with CapCut
Proficiency with Canva
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects)
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and platform best practices
Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities
Experience analyzing social media metrics and campaign performance
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current digital trends

Nice to have

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments is a plus
