  • Coordinate creator videos, newsletters, and email campaigns

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day social media across all channels (Instagram first): planning, posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Film and record the founder and CEO regularly — short-form video, behind-the-scenes, and launch content and coordinate editing and publishing.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including launch and product announcements.
  • Write and produce a weekly longevity newsletter covering the trending topics in the health and longevity community each week.
  • Provide general oversight of brand channels: monitor comments and messages, flag issues, and keep content consistent with brand voice.
  • Support launch initiatives, including the Instagram pre-launch campaign and ad content coordination.
  • Track performance (engagement, growth, open rates) and report weekly on what’s working.
  • Attend events as a +1 to document and capture photos/content.
  • Occasional overseas travel for events.

Requirements

  • Experience running social media accounts for a brand or creator.
  • Comfortable behind a camera — shooting, directing, and basic editing of short-form video.
  • Strong writer with an eye for what trends.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).
  • Based in Washington, DC.
  • Self-directed and organized.
  • Quick on your feet — comfortable picking up new programs and tools fast, even without prior experience with them.
  • Good with people — this role is in social settings frequently.
  • Training will be provided — no need to arrive knowing everything on day one.
  • Room to take initiative — we want someone who brings fresh ideas and runs with them, not just executes a checklist.

Benefits

  • Flexible schedule
  • Flexible spending account
  • Paid time off
