Data-driven optimization: Adjust formats and posting based on data and emerging trends to stay ahead.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build IceNova's social presence from scratch.
Shoot, edit, post.
Own the voice.
Set the cadence.
Figure out what works and do more of it.
Make content. Ideate, shoot, edit, post.
TikTok and Reels mainly. You should be comfortable on both sides of the camera.
Own the calendar. What goes out when.
Adjust based on what the data says, not what you planned last month.
Watch the internet. Know what's working before brands catch on.
