Job Summary

Own ACE Scholarships social and executive thought leadership, turning policy into shareable stories and driving engagement for donations, scholarships and advocacy.

  • Strategic content ownership: manage calendars, craft posts, and coordinate across channels for consistent, mission-aligned messaging.
  • Executive presence: build the CEO’s voice on LinkedIn/X and ghostwrite for other platforms to shape education policy and school choice narratives.
  • Live and partner driven: provide real-time coverage at events, coordinate with partners, and report on engagement and impact to leadership.

Job Description

Own ACE Scholarships social and executive thought leadership across multiple channels, turning policy and education stories into engaging content that supports donations, scholarships, and advocacy.

  • Content calendar: Develop and optimize a weekly/monthly calendar aligned with campaigns, events, and timely education news.
  • Content creation: Produce high quality posts, captions, threads, video scripts, and graphics briefs to drive engagement and advocacy.
  • Account management: Build and grow ACE’s main accounts on X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • CEO presence: Develop the CEO’s professional social presence (LinkedIn and X) and support on other platforms to establish him as a leading voice on school choice and opportunity.
  • Thought leadership: Draft posts, video messages, and interview recaps; coordinate ghostwriting and approval processes.
  • Live coverage: Attend key events with real-time updates, threads, stories, captions, videos, and highlights on behalf of the CEO.
  • Campaign coordination: Align messaging with organizational partners and campaigns across channels.
  • Community engagement: Monitor channels daily, respond timely, and maintain active participation including evenings/weekends during peak periods.
  • Event social plans: Create social plans for major events, with live coverage, post-event amplification, and reporting.
