Responsibilities
- Travel to our locations, meet our teams, capture amazing moments, celebrate our people, and show the world—and our employees—what makes this such an incredible place to work.
- Capture photos and videos around our operations.
- Create Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and engaging social media content.
- Write fun, engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Celebrate employee milestones, promotions, certifications, birthdays, and accomplishments.
- Highlight our crews, dispatchers, mechanics, and support teams.
- Showcase community events, training, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Help create employee appreciation campaigns and recognition programs.
- Keep employees informed with engaging internal communications.
- Create recruiting content that makes people want to join our tea
Requirements
- You genuinely enjoy talking to people.
- You can turn ordinary moments into great stories.
- Your camera roll is overflowing.
- You know what makes people stop scrolling.
- You're creative but organized.
- You don't wait to be told what to do—you see opportunities and make them happen.
- You're comfortable walking into a room where you don't know anyone and leaving with five new friends.
- You love learning new apps, trends, and creative ideas.
- You don't mind getting your shoes dirty if it means getting the perfect shot.
Preferred
- Know Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Have experience with photography or videography.
- Have managed social media for a business or organization.
- Understand branding and content strategy.
- Have experience in healthcare, EMS, or public safety (not required—but definitely a plus!).
