Position Overview

As a Social Media Intern, you will be part of the Marketing Team, assisting in the planning, creation, and execution of client social media content and digital campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who loves social media, influencer marketing, branding, and content creation — and wants real agency experience.

You will support content strategy while also participating in live content shoots, capturing photo and video assets, and assisting in editing and post-production.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Execution

• Assist in creating and executing client content calendars across social media platforms
• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more
• Write captions aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
• Stay on top of trends and suggest timely, relevant content ideas

Photography, Videography & Editing

• Participate in on-site content shoots (photo & video)
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage, reels, and b-roll content
• Assist with basic photography and videography during shoots
• Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and other platforms
• Edit photos for social media using Lightroom
• Create branded graphics and visual assets using Canva
• Edit video content using CapCut

Community Management

• Support daily engagement by responding to comments and DMs
• Actively engage with client audiences and influencer communities
• Monitor brand sentiment and online reviews

Strategy & Analytics Support

• Research audience preferences and emerging platform trends
• Assist in developing posting schedules based on engagement metrics
• Help track performance metrics and prepare basic reports
• Suggest new campaign ideas, promotions, or contests to increase engagement

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure content is delivered on time and at the highest quality
• Support coordination with influencers, photographers, and brand ambassadors
• Assist in marketing activations tied to events, brand partnerships, and experiential campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• A strong passion for social media, PR, digital marketing, and content creation
• Some level of photography and videography skills (comfortable shooting content on iPhone or camera)
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, and Lightroom (required)
• Basic understanding of short-form video editing and social media trends
• Excellent writing and copy-editing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A positive, proactive attitude — no task is too small
• Comfortable reviewing analytics and learning from performance data
• Creative eye with an understanding of branding and aesthetics
• Working knowledge of major social platforms and how they differ in use and strategy
