Own the social content engine by creating energetic, story-driven posts across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, turning performance background into campaigns, and collaborating on shoots and publishing to grow the brand.
- Content Creation: plan and produce original social content that resonates with audiences and aligns with brand storytelling.
- Performance Identity: translate dance/music/theater energy into engaging campaigns that showcase talent and personality.
- Platform Growth & Collaboration: grow presence across key platforms and partner with shoots, editors, and publishing teams to optimize reach and impact.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and create original, engaging social media content for personal or brand channels.
- Use your background in dance, music, or performing arts to bring energy and emotion into campaigns.
- Grow and manage social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Collaborate in photo/video shoots and assist in content editing and publishing.
- Develop creative marketing ideas that align with trends, brand strategy, and storytelling goals.
Requirements
- Experience in social media content creation or influencer marketing
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
- Skills in photography, videography, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently or with a team
- English language fluency (English required)
Preferred
- Background in performance (dance, music, theater, etc.) is a major plus
- Ability to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese
