Job Description
GCBHS is seeking a highly creative and innovative individual for a part-time (20 hours per week) Social Media - HR Co-op position. The ideal candidate would join our mission to help individuals with mental illness and addictions lead healthy and productive lives. This is a hybrid position, primarily remote with occasional onsite responsibilities at our Cincinnati office location.
This role is ideal for college students pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Marketing, with a strong interest in Human Resources.

Responsibilities for Social Media HR Co-op:
- Develop and implement social media content strategies to promote open positions and showcase GCBHS’s employer brand.
- Use creative methods to deliver key messages about the organization's mission and culture.
- Create engaging digital content for various social platforms, including videos and flyers, to attract top talent.
- Create and manage digital content for social platforms, supporting outreach efforts to attract top talent.
- Assist in organizing and attending job fairs, both virtually and in person, representing the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements for Social Media HR Co-op:
- Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with social media strategy and content management.
- Proficiency in digital media tools, illustrations, and video editing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset.
- A strong interest in Human Resources is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
