Job Summary

Own the social brand engine end to end: shape the strategy, produce and curate visual content, and run paid plus organic social that supports campaigns and builds a community.

  • Social Strategy & Community: Define the social calendar, stay current with trends, and engage followers with timely responses.
  • Content & Creative: Build visuals and videos with Canva or equivalents, aligned to campaigns and brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage paid and organic social, partner with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and objectives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms
  • Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, infographics, videos, and other visual materials, using Canva or similar graphic design tools.
  • Create and manage both our paid and organic social media
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and company objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our online presence fresh and innovative.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials, as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business
  • Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design software.
  • Proficiency in paid ads
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
