Responsibilities

• Manage organic social media for all three companies
• Create and schedule content several times per week across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other appropriate platforms
• Film and edit Reels, photos, and short-form videos
• Come into the office weekly for content creation and visit jobsites when needed
• Maintain content calendars and consistently bring fresh ideas
• Keep up with trends and know which ones are actually worth using
• Monitor engagement and adjust content based on what works
• Visit job sites for updated content
• Help make our employees feel appreciated and valued
• Manage birthdays, work anniversaries, new-hire welcomes, employee recognition, and milestone celebrations

Requirements

• Sharp, creative, and proactive
• Extremely organized
• Great with people
• Comfortable talking to everyone from technicians to ownership
• Confident creating photo and video content
• Comfortable with Canva and video editing
• Able to manage multiple companies and priorities
• Someone who brings ideas instead of waiting for instructions
