Responsibilities

• This role will be primarily focused on social media
• The Digital Marketing Specialist implements OSF HealthCare digital media strategy - developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and growing digital transactions.
• This individual will be accountable for digital campaign coordination, email marketing execution, social property management, paid media transactions and digital platform performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, related field
• 3 years of experience in digital media.
• Experience planning and creating social media content and use of content management systems, specifically in the web, SEO, social media, content, paid media spaces.
• Strong writing skills. Familiarity with social media management platforms (ex: HootSuite).
• Understanding of marketing automation tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Balance of strategic vision and tactical execution.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Savvy communication skills with internal teams, clients and outside partners/vendors.
• Reliable, professional, assertive, extremely organized with keen attention to detail.
